QuickBooks Error Code 3003

Today I encountered an error when I tried to sync data on QuickBooks.  Sync is not complete and QuickBooks starts freezing and after that it shows me QuickBooks Error 3003. Now I am unable to work on my QuickBooks need assistance to fix this issue.
